Privacy Policy
At The Networking Way, we are extremely committed to respecting and protecting your privacy.
In every administrative procedure followed in our offices, networking meetings, workshops and special events, and in the development and operation of the website for The Networking Way, security and your privacy are prime considerations. We will not provide your information to anyone except as and when reasonably required in order to comply with the law, a legal process, regulation or governmental request, or to enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not accept cash, checks, credit card transactions or any form of membership or event payment at any of our networking meetings, workshops or special events. Our secure transactions are handled entirely by a third party processor that offers superior connectivity and a security technology that sets the industry's standard.
A cookie is set when you log on to the website, purely to identify you to the system for authentication purposes. The registration information we collect when you register as a Guest or to become a Member of The Networking Way consists of your name, address, city, state, and zip code, a valid e-mail address and for your convenience, contact information such as an office, cell or home phone so we can contact you in case an emergency would result in canceling, delaying or relocating an event for which you have a reservation.
As a Guest, when you attend a networking meeting hosted by The Networking Way, we require that you complete and sign a brief Guest Registration form at the door for the meeting and provide a valid, current government photo-ID (such as your current driver's license) as proof of your identity.
When you register to become a Member of The Networking Way, we require that you complete and sign a brief Membership Registration form at the door for a networking meeting, provide a valid, current government photo-ID as proof of your identity, and allow the Meeting Coordinator to take a membership ID photo of you that will be kept with your registration information in our administration files.
These registration procedures are for your security since your membership in The Networking Way is a passport allowing you to make a reservation for and to attend any event offered by The Networking Way in any city or state. Please see the Terms of Service agreement for additional information.
